2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 15.10.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 4702 of 2011.

3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite parties Annexure-D whereof being an order dated 05.03.2018 discloses that a

Patna High Court MJC No.2263 of 2018 dt.06-02-2019 2/2 final decision has been taken by the authorities and thus it is submitted that the order of this Court stands complied with.

4. In the above view of the matter, MJC No. 2263 of 2018 stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that in case it is aggrieved by the order of the authorities as noticed above, it may agitate the same before an appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.

5. It is made clear that in case such an application is filed, the concerned authority would have regard to the present proceeding being pursued by the petitioner, while considering any issue relating to condonation of delay, if applicable.
