The petitioner being the father of the husband of the victim is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is of killing the daughter of the informant after two years of marriage for nonfulfillment of the dowry demand by administering poison. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is omnibus and general against entire in-laws family and the victim died natural death when the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10787 of 2016 (2) dt.14-03-2016 2/2 information was given to her parental family. It is further submitted that though some of the injuries were found on the body of the victim but the cause of death has not been ascertained, hence, the viscera has been preserved and others have been granted anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Silao P.S. Case No. 163 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
