KUMAR ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 08-12-2020 Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "For direction upon the respondents to complete the acquisition proceedings in relation to the acquisition of land for establishing the Sub Divisional Court at Dalginghsarai Sub Division of Samastipur District.

Further the Hon'ble Court may direct the respondents to take appropriate steps completion of the acquisition proceedings in light of the directions of the decision taken in the proceedings of meeting dated 02.03.2016 by the committee of three Hon'ble Judges

Patna High Court CWJC No.13315 of 2019(9) dt.08-12-2020 2/2 of Hon'ble Patna High Court.

Further the respondents be directed to conclude the proceedings of land acquisition and construction of Sub Divisional Court at Dalsinghsarai in view of the letter dated 20.11.2018 issued by the Law Secretary -cum-Legal Remembrance Department of Law, Government of Bihar, Patna.

Further for constitution of Committee to supervised the process of acquisition of land and construction of Sub Divisional Court at Dalsinghsarai within the time frame as prescribed by this Hon'ble Court.

For any other relief as deem fit and proper." Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

Since, on the administrative side, the matter has been monitored. We see no reason to continue with the present petition, which stands disposed of.
