1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by order dated 04.04.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.25334 of 2024.

3. It is next submitted that inadvertently in Cr. Misc. No.25334 of 2024, the name of the father of the petitioner was typed as Mungeshwar Singh, when his name is Yugeshwar Singh, as such, it is submitted that father's name of the petitioner be read as Yugeshwar Singh instead of Mungeshwar Singh in the order dated 04.04.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.25334 of 2024. It is also submitted that the modification application has been filed within time i.e. before the date of surrender of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46567 of 2024(2) dt.28-06-2024 2/2 petitioner had expired.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the order dated 04.04.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.25334 of 2024 is modified to read the father's name of the petitioner as Yogeshwar Singh instead of Mungeshwar Singh.

5. However, in the event, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned trial Court on or before 15.07.2024, the learned trial Court shall accept the bail bonds of the petitioner on the same terms and conditions as recorded in the order dated 04.04.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.25334 of 2024.
