1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties concerned.

2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, along with his family member, is the owner of a piece of land, bearing Plot Nos. 2709 and 2710, appertaining to Khata No. 752 and Plot No. 2711, which was allotted to them through Purcha, issued by the Sub Divisional Officer, Sasaram, in Land Settlement Case No. 6 of 1999-2000 and they have built a joint property over the said land.

3. The contention of the petitioner is that the adjacent raiyats have encroached upon the land of the petitioner and have blocked the passage of the petitioner's house, due to

A complaint has been filed by the petitioner before the Sub Divisional Officer, Sasaram, bearing Case No. 371 of 2019 (Annexure-1), which is still pending for consideration.

4. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner is that the Sub Divisional Officer, Sasaram, may be directed to dispose the complaint of the petitioner within a reasonable time frame in accordance with law.

5. Regard being had to the submission advanced on behalf of the parties and taking into consideration the fact that Case No. 371 of 2019 is pending before the Sub Divisional Officer, Sasaram, the Sub Divisional Officer, Sasaram, is directed to dispose the complaint in accordance with law by a reasoned order within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, after hearing all the parties.

6. This application is disposed with the aforesaid observation and direction.
