====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-09-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Umeshanand Pandit, learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 324, 385, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. According to F.I.R., this petitioner demanded Rs. 2 lacs as ransom from informant and on refusal, petitioner assaulted on the head of informant with butt of pistol causing injury. It is further alleged that this petitioner snatched Rs. 35,000/- and fled away.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that injury allegedly caused by the petitioner is simple in nature. Case and counter case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahua P. S. Case No. 534 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
