Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 6.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.63337 of 2018 and the allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping and committing rape upon the daughter of the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the charge has been framed in March, 2019 but up till now not a single witness has been examined and he is in custody for one year..

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, however, the learned trial court is directed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43802 of 2019(2) dt.17-07-2019 2/2 to expedite the trial and try to conduct it on regular basis so that it may be concluded as soon as possible.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is dismissed.
