The petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No.482 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 472 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case, in brief, is that the informant Vijay Kumar Yadav and Uttam Kumar & Raj Kumar Yadav are full brothers and they had jointly purchased a land and the petitioner has taken loan of Rs.24,00,000/- on the said land in his favour from Bank of Baroda putting forged and fabricated documents as well a forged signatures of his two brothers in association with the bank and other accused persons while the informant and his younger brother Raj Kumar had not applied for any loan from the concerned bank.

It is submitted that the petitioner has got one criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail application. It is further submitted that the brothers of the petitioner filed a criminal against the petitioner. The Bank has also lodged a case against the petitioner. The matter has been compromised between the parties and the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 05.09.2022, passed in Cr. Misc. No.13180 of 2022. It is further submitted that petitioner has participated in one time settlement scheme announced by the Bank of Baroda, Branch, Buxar and total due of Rs.

5,60,000/- is under one time settlement scheme against the account of the petitioner. Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S.
