Petitioner was appointed as constable but later on, it came to light that one another person had appeared in the examination in place of the petitioner and having got the aforesaid information, the concerned officials conducted the inquiry and lodged the present case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad
