2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 1600 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 494, 504 of the IPC.

3. It is a case of matrimonial dispute. The complainant alleges that she married to the petitioner in the year 2005 and she gave birth to a female child. The accused persons wanted to solemnize the marriage of the petitioner with another lady.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in

The marriage has been solemnized in the year 2005 and the complaint case was filed in the year 2022 which shows that the allegations are entirely false. He has submitted further that the victim herself has filed an affidavit (annexure-4) which shows that she has solemnized love marriage with one Saheb Kumar Rai.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Vaishali in connection with Complaint Case No. 1600 of 2022, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
