Informant had alleged that he was paid Rs. 2000/- as an advance for preparing seat by the owner of vehicle bearing no. BR11G/3517 which was found to be counterfeit as disclosed by shopkeeper from where he had purchased the necessary items and, accordingly, produced the petitioner before the patrolling party as well as also filed written report whereupon the instant case has been registered.

Petitioner happens to be under custody since 19.10.2015 having no criminal antecedent as is evident from paragraph-3 of the petition.

Apart from this, the whole event as disclosed by the informant happens to be on account of disclosure made by the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58600 of 2015 (2) dt.10-02-2016 shopkeeper whose name has not been disclosed in the written report.

That being so, petitioner, Bindraj Sah is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj PS Case No. 579/2015.
