The petitioners are languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 467/468/420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is of recovery of liquor from the possession of the petitioners. The petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36679 of 2019(2) dt.18-06-2019 2/2 bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Courtbelow where the case is pending in connection with G.O. Case No.358 of 2019, arising out of Baheri P.S. Case No.60 of 2019, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below. (b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
