The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though the peremptory order dated 08.04.2019 could not be complied with, within the stipulated time frame but subsequently, the same has been complied with, inasmuch as the

Believing the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner on its face value, this Court deems it fit and appropriate to restore the aforesaid writ petition to its original file.
