Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No.75 of 2023, registered for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, pending in the Court of learned Exclusive Special Excise CourtII, Darbhanga. 3.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. 4.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, if petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail, the
