At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with the efflux of time though the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous, however, the Bihar Police Subordinate Service Commission, Patna be directed to take all measures to ensure that the website being maintained by them works efficiently. It is directed accordingly.

The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
