JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-03-2016 Perused the report dated 3rd February, 2016 submitted by the learned 2nd Additional District and Sessions Judge- Kishanganj vide letter no.38 of 2016. It would be evident from the report that out of 18 witnesses, thirteen were already examined by 3rd February, 2016.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court on merits vide order dated 15.10.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No.38803 of 2014.

Regard being had to the stage of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.

The court below is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible.
