JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-08-2016 Heard Sri Rama Kant Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Arun Kumar Singh, learned A.P.P. The sole petitioner , has approached this court invoking its inherent jurisdiction under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, with a prayer to quash an order dated 29.1.2016 passed in Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 338 of 2013 registered for the offence under section 341, 323, 504, 497 and 385 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner tried to persuade the court that petitioner has falsely been implicated. He further submits that from the petitioner's side prior to filing of this F.I.R.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10721 of 2016 (3) dt.01-08-2016 2/2 an F.I.R. was lodged against the informant of the present case and on this very ground a prayer has been made to quash the order of cognizance.

I have perused the order of cognizance. I do not find any error in the order of cognizance.

The petition stands dismissed.
