2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Karai Parsurai P.S. Case No. 220 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 87, 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the IBharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of kidnapping the wife of the informant.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 16.04.2025.

5. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the alleged victim has eloped with the petitioner and she was staying with him.

6. Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M., 1st Class, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Karai Parsurai P.S. Case No. 220 of 2024.
