Petitioner happens to be Manager of mini branch of the Bank and according to prosecution case itself, it was coaccused, Prakash Mandal who withdrew the amount and so far as petitioner is concerned, the informant charged that he was also in connivance with the aforesaid Prakash Mandal. Moreover, learned counsel for the petitioner drew my attention towards Annexure-2 to this petition and submits that informant herself had filed a petition before the Bank disclosing this fact that she had already received Rs. 50,000/- Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on
