The petitioner is in custody in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 358 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273,414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that in the instant case total 1584 liters liquor was recovered from the truck. He further submits that the petitioner is neither owner of the vehicle nor the driver of the vehicle. Learned counsel for submits that petitioner has no concern with the seized liquor. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody in this case since 30.04.2019.

Let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum Special Judge, Excise, Sitamarhi in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 358 of 2018.
