The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 36 of 2020, dated 07.02.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35151 of 2020(2) dt.23-03-2021 2/3 341, 323, 353, 354(A), 327, 427, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are alleged to have disturbed the proceedings of the Aam Sabha for which the Supervisor has filed a case.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that only because they voiced their note of dissent, they have been made accused in this case. It has further been submitted that the informant of this case had misbehaved with the brother of the petitioners for which a complaint case vide Complaint Case No. 193 of 2020 has also been lodged. The matter, according to the learned counsel for the petitioners, has been compounded at the instance of the parties.

Regard being had to the facts afore-stated, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of eight weeks, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to
