The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with G.O. Case No. 358 of 2019 arising out of Baheri P.S. Case No. 60 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 and under Sections 467, 468 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the case.

There is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner. There is no compliance of Section 100 Cr.P.C. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the
