Although petitioner is named in the first information report but taking note of this fact that having similar allegation, one co-accused namely, Sanjeet Kumar Yadav has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court by order dated 07-12-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52274 of 2015, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Pachrukhi P.S. Case No. 126 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Siwan.
