Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 178/2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/323/307/379/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner has assaulted with Khanti and multiple injuries have been found on the victim.
