JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-02-2019 The learned counsel appearing for the C.B.S.E. submits that in view of the report of the Deputy Commissioner, Faridabad, Haryana, which is Annexure-2 to the writ petition, the C.B.S.E. would take necessary steps, hence, the case be disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a proper application, whereupon the C.B.S.E. would make necessary correction.

Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the C.B.S.E., the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to approach the C.B.S.E. by filing an appropriate application, whereupon the C.B.S.E. shall make necessary correction within a period of eight weeks thereafter and issue the necessary certificates.
