2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil Motihari P.S. Case No. 23 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have looted a Innova vehicle. The petitioner is accused in 10 more cases of similar nature.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in jail since 15.11.2022.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present.

7. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.
