I do not find any new ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Barachatti Mohanpur P.S. Case No. 77 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-Ist, Gaya stands rejected.

However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
