JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 09-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP.

On receipt of confidential information, a raid was conducted wherein one Dhanai Yadav was apprehended having been armed with DB gun with cartridges in terms of seizure list, while remaining managed to escape.

On the basis of inculpatory extra-judicial confessional statement of aforesaid Dhanai Yadav, name of petitioner along with others got exposed. Though the occurrence happens to be of the year 2012, however, petitioner is under custody since 28.09.2015.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner, Bhukhal Parit is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58514 of 2015 (2) dt.09-02-2016 amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha (West Champaran) in connection with Chautarwa PS Case No. 155/2012.
