2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 192 of 2022, instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a)(c), 32, 36 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. The prosecution case, in short, is that, total 130 liters liquor was recovered from several houses out of which 20 liters liquor was recovered from the house of petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner was neither apprehended on spot nor anything incriminating has been recovered from her

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36289 of 2025(2) dt.25-06-2025 2/3 conscious possession. The petitioner has got no concern with the alleged recovery of liquor. The petitioner has got two criminal antecedents in which she is on bail. There is no compliance of Section 103 of the B.N.S.S.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner again submits that the co-accused namely Sukhal Manjhi has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 16.01.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 68768 of 2024.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case and taking into account the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the prayer being based on parity and the petitioner being lady, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
