2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 323, 341, 307, 379, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of Arms Act.

3. It is alleged that these petitioners along with other co-accused persons assaulted the informant and his family members in which they sustained injury.

4. It is submitted that due to land dispute between the parties a scuffle took place , in which both sides sustained injury. Case and counter case. Allegation of assault is general

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39114 of 2023(3) dt.04-08-2023 2/2 and omnibus against these petitioners.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioners oppose the bail petition.

6 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A. C . J . M.- I , Begusarai in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No 138 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
