Petitioner is accused in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 241 of 2014 registered under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, after one year, the Police got recorded the confessional statement of the petitioner showing his involvement in the present case. Except that, there is nothing against the petitioner. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 25.08.2015.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.2116 of 2016 (3) dt.10-03-2016 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge, Munger in connection with Sessions Trial No. 281 of 2015 arising out of Kotwali P.S.
