This is the third attempt of the petitioner to seek bail. Earlier by order dated 16.11.2021 in Cr. Misc. No.21332 of 2021, the bail application was rejected on the ground that there is specific allegation against the petitioner of firing on the head causing death of the deceased.

Accordingly, the Court does not find any new ground to reconsider the bail application of the petitioner as till date even charges have not been framed as would be evident from the order impugned.
