2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 357 of 2024, registered for the offence under Sections 137, 140(3), 140(1), 103(1), 238(1) and 61(2) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the informant's son.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 19.01.2026 having clean antecedent. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. rather his name has figured in this case on the confession of co-accused

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36068 of 2026(2) dt.30-06-2026 2/3 Manish Kumar, who has already been granted bail by the coordinate Bench of this Court and the case of the present petitioner stands on similar footings.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 357 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S. with further condition that:- (i) The petitioner shall appear in the trial regularly either personally or through his lawyer and shall cooperate in the trial and noncooperation in the trial shall result in cancellation of the bail bond of the petitioner.

8. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application. Such observations shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case
