JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Although petitioner is said to have been caught along with others but nothing was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. It appears from perusal of the first information report that one, Amit Kumar and Shashi Kumar were masterminds of the entire gamut. Moreover, having similar allegation, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 366 of 2015 to the satisfaction of
