Petitioners are in custody in connection Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 120 of 2019 for the offence under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 447, 323, 324, 325, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegation against the petitioners is that they were members of the assembly and there is no allegation of any overt act against these petitioners.

The petitioners are in custody since 24. 03. 2019.

No.34527 of 2019(2) dt.27-05-2019 2/2 Considering the fact that there is no allegation of overt act against these petitioners, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 120 of 2019.
