1. Heard the parties.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jamalpur P.S. Case No.139/ 2020 dated 09.12.2020 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section(s) 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Mr. Niranjan Parihar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though petitioner is named in the F.I.R. but there is no serious allegation against him and he allegedly abused the informant's son and the main allegation of inflicting Garasa blow on the head of the victim is against the father of this petitioner, who has been granted regular bail by this Bench vide order dated 04.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48700/ 2023. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and the alleged occurrence was not pre

4. Mr. Murli Dhar, learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.
5. Having regard to the above submissions and mainly considering the petitioner's young age and his clean antecedent as well as the nature of allegation appearing against him from the F.I.R., this court is inclined to accept the anticipatory bail prayer of the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner namedabove, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail in connection with Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 139/ 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
