ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 25-06-2025 Having regard to the fact, that the petitioner has already filed an appeal before the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur against the order of cancellation dated 07.09.2024 (Annexure-P/5), the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission. The C.W.J.C. is disposed of directing the respondent no.2 to pass necessary orders in the appeal filed by the petitioner strictly in accordance with law. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 10 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to mention that before passing any orders, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any orders passed shall be communicated to the petitioner.
