The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 323, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that petitioners and their father made assault to the informant being Doctor for getting their patient examined out of turn and snatched gold chain.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that for a petty dispute accusation has been levelled and there is counter version of the occurrence. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56543 of 2015 (2) dt.14-12-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura P.S.
