The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 03 of 2020 dated 01.01.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 448, 341,323, 307, 504, 506, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been alleged in the FIR by one Munni Devi that one Ravish Kumar assaulted her, her husband and daughter. Later the petitioners are also said to have joined the affray.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that wife of petitioner no. 2 has filed a case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33709 of 2020(2) dt.18-03-2021 2/2 against the informant of this case vide Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 05 of 2020. The injuries suffered by the informant and two others are stated to be simple in nature.

The petitioners are agnates and because of some dispute, all the family members have been made accused in this case.

Considering the aforestated facts, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 03 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) krishna/- U T
