The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 448, 420, 384, 380 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is the Chairman of an NGO, known as Samadhan Sewa Sadan. The informant is the Secretary of the said NGO. He alleged that in his absence, petitioner shifted the office and has also taken under his control the entire properties. The petitioner submits that the instant case is a counter blast to the earlier case filed by him, against the informant. It appears that there is some business dispute between the parties.

No.8861 of 2016 (3) dt.22-04-2016 2/2 surrender before the court below within four weeks from today the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5000/- (Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Patliputra P.S. case no. 131 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C., with the further condition that he would deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) before the court below, which would be subject to the result of the case.
