Petitioner is named in the first information report but allegation of causing death of mother of the informant by opening fire is against co-accused Ram Gulam Paswan and so far as opining fire on the informant is concerned, the same is also against co-accused Amit Paswan and Randhir Paswan and it is only stated against the petitioner that when mother of the informant came and tried to intervene in the matter, petitioner and others stopped her. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Krishna Gopal, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class,
