The petitioner seeks bail in Cheriyabariyarpur P.S. Case No. 131 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

425.310 litres of Indian made foreign liquor has been recovered from house of this petitioner.

It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Recovery has been made from house which is in joint possession of family. Petitioner is in custody since 27.06.2021 having no criminal antecedent, as stated in para 3 of the petition. Investigation is complete.
