JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report with accusation that he along with others demanded extortion money and when the aforesaid demand was not fulfilled, they damaged the machines of company of the informant. Petitioner carries criminal antecedent of near about 14 cases. Therefore, considering the previous history of the petitioner as well as allegation, levelled against him, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Paras Bigha P.S. Case No. 26 of 2013 pending in the court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad stands rejected.
