Let the defect(s) be removed within two weeks of the complete start of the physical Court in normal course. Petitioner, who is in custody since 11.07.2021, seeks regular bail in connection with Ladaniya P.S. Case No. 83 of 2021 dated 30.03.2021 registered for offences punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of the POCSO Act.

The victim girl has supported the allegation made in the FIR in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

Taking into consideration the age of the petitioner, the learned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial well within a

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46942 of 2021(5) dt.06-04-2022 2/2 period of nine months.

If no substantial progress takes place in conduct of trial, the petitioner, if so advised, may renew his prayer for bail after the aforesaid period.
