109 liters country made liquor was recovered from the house of these petitioners for which petitioners are in jail custody since 6.10.2015 without having any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in Bhawanipur P.S. Case no. 223/2015.
