The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 64 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 304, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is admitted land dispute between the parties. Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties for the alleged occurrence.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36934 of 2019(3) dt.25-06-2019 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-III, Barh, Patna in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 64 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
