This application for anticipatory bail arises out of G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 252 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 353, 332, 333, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is said to have taken away the service pistol and cartridges from the police personnel and assaulting them in a mob.

In the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46608 of 2021(2) dt.12-04-2022 2/2 grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
