JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner appears to be examinee and his certificates were recovered from the flat of co-accused and except the aforesaid allegation, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail by this Court.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Economic Offences P.S.Case No. 23 of 2012.
