Except Section-354 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections-3(i)(ii) as well as 3(i)(x) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, almost all the sections are bailable in nature and so far as petitioner is concerned; there is no accusation either of outraging modesty or humiliating the victim by calling her caste name.
Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Gaya Muffasil P.S. Case No. 419 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya.
