JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-10-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent- authorities to make payment of the monthly rent of the premises of the petitioner, which had been taken for running the Primary Health Centre, Kurhani, District Muzaffarpur.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent State has filed a counter affidavit on behalf of the respondents no. 4 and 5 and has submitted that the rent upto the period November, 2016 has already been paid and the premises in question has already been vacated on 8.5.2017. Thus, it is apparent that the rent for the month of

Patna High Court CWJC No.12784 of 2019(3) dt.22-10-2019 2/2 December, 2016 to 8.5.2017 is still outstanding for payment, hence, the Civil Surgeon-cum- Chief Medical Officer, Muzaffarpur is directed to make payment of the aforesaid amount within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, failing which he shall not draw his salary.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
